   Man....I gotta say it's been tooo long since I've been able to post up on the SMO forum. Nobody's fault but my own!

What the world is everyone doing? Anybody chasing snows???

I just returned from the Eastern Sports and Outdoor Show (Harrisburg Show) late Sunday night. Boy was it a doozy this year with the snow! I will give props to the PA D.O.T though....and anyone that came to the show after Wednesday heard me say it in person. 

There was a state of emergency on 2/10 that shut the H-burg area down. I83, I78 and I81 were all closed. the plows were getting the cars off and then plowing the ramps closed so nobody could get on the roads. 22" of snow fell from about 9am - 9pm that day. they closed the show at noon and sent everyone home. Said they were gonna open at noon the next day. when i went to bed that night around 10pm the roads were still nasty and i think it was still snowing a bit.

woke up at 8am the next day to find the roads clear as a bell! I was amazed at the job they did cleaning up those roads. unbelievable!!!

Anyway, thanks to them and all the folks who came out to see us at this year's show. a big thanks to all the help from the SMO team that pulled together to work the show!!!
